Fudge visits him to inform him that He Who Must Not Be Named is back, that those incidents in the Muggles′ world have been caused by wizards and that there is a new Minister for Magic.Fudge had visited the Muggles′ Prime Minister several times in the past already to let him know what happened in the magical world.Rufus Scrimgeour, the new minister, introduces himself and then he and Fudge vanish through the fireplace by Floo Powder.
