Alone

She was alone as always. Nobody was there with whom she could advise. Nobody was there to console her. Alone. She was complete on her own, since this fatal Sunday evening. She couldn`t put in an appeareance neither at her family, nor at her friends. All people hated her. All people were frightened of her. Alone. She craved for returning to her home and resuming the normal daily routine of family, so much. A normal, plain life, like every other people had, too. It wasn`t granted to her. Over. She knew her destiny. They prepared her for this, as she begged them. Eileen accepted her destiny, although. Of course, she had the choice. There is always a choice. But she had chosen this variant of her future. If she hadn`t been alone at home on this Sunday. If she had accompanied her husband and her daughter. All would have happened different. But so her destiny was sealed. Eileen went, lost in thought, back to her acommodation, an anonymous apartment building in Berlin Kreuzberg. Here, she didn`t caught someone`s eye, with her long, black cloak. Only another freak, who walked through the night. She opened the door of her flat, which she regarded as her refuge for two months. Two months. Two months ago all changed. She had lost all. Her husband, her daughter and her friends. Eileen went into the little, windowless kitchen and cooked water for a cup of tea. Fifteen were done today. Three were saved. But it were so many. And her time was limited. She sat wistfully in front of her television and switched it on. There was one of these inescapable soaps. She didn`t pay attention to it. A teardrop run over her cheek, as she thought back to the 27th July, where everything started.
